Black Men on Reading Vol.2: Leke Apena
A few years ago I had the pleasure of reading a book by self-published author, Leke Apena. That book was ‘The Prophet Who Loved Her’, the story telling, the history, the love in that story, was truly wonderful to read.
As someone who rarely reads the work of self-published authors, I was keen to include Leke in the discussion of Black Men on Reading.
